Information

Recently, the National Standards Commission has set up the first batch of four graphene national standards. The first batch of standards are all drafted by the Standardization Committee of the China Graphene Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance. The four standards include "Terminology and Definition of Graphene Materials" ( Drafted by Taizhou Graphene Research and Testing Platform, Taizhou Juna New Energy Co., Ltd., Southeast University, etc.); "Scanning Probe Microscopy for Determination of Graphene Layers" (drafted by Jiangnan Graphene Research Institute, Changzhou Standard Metrology Institute of Technical Information, Tsinghua University, China Institute of Metrology, etc.); "Determination of Graphene Layers by Optical Method" (drafted by Taizhou Graphene Research and Testing Platform, Taizhou Juna New Energy Co., Ltd., Southeast University, etc.), "Characterization of Graphene Layers by Raman Spectroscopy" (drafted by Shenzhen Betterray Nanotechnology Co., Ltd., Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences, National Nanoscience Center, Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China Institute of Metrology, Metallurgical Industry Information Standards Institute, etc.). Among them, the Taizhou Graphene Research and Testing Platform, the Secretariat of the Alliance Graphene Standardization Committee, and Taizhou Juna New Energy Co., Ltd. have become the lead drafters of the two graphene national standards.

The establishment of the first batch of graphene national standards indicates that China's graphene standardization work has been at the international forefront, and the Chinese standard of graphene is expected to be promoted to become an international industry standard. In addition, on January 29, 2015, the Alliance Graphene Standardization Committee officially announced two alliance standards, namely QLM03CGS001-2014 Chemical titration method for quantitative analysis of oxygen-containing functional groups on the surface of graphene (drafted by Shanxi Institute of Coal Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences). , Jinneng Group Co., Ltd., Haimen Ronghui General Lithium Industry Co., Ltd., etc.), Q/LM03CGS002-2014 Determination of the number of graphene layers by transmission electron microscopy (drafted by Southeast University, FEI Company, etc.), indicating that the alliance standard The committee has officially launched a series of standardization work on graphene quality inspection technology. Dr. Liang Zheng, secretary general of the Alliance Graphene Standardization Committee and member of the ISO/TC229/WG4 Nanomaterials Technical Committee, said that with the continuous deepening of the graphene industrialization process, my country's graphene standardization work will be carried out by all members of the Alliance Graphene Standardization Committee. Under the joint efforts, it will be successfully carried out and gradually improved, which will boost the rapid development of the graphene industry.
