At the end of 2013, Juna New Energy developed a graphene femtosecond fiber laser, which is the world's first commercial graphene femtosecond fiber laser, named Fiphene. It solves the key technical problems of large-scale low-cost transfer of graphene and the interaction between graphene and optical field strength, and has created two world records for the shortest pulse width (105fs) and the highest peak power (70kW) of graphene femtosecond fiber lasers . Yao Jianquan, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and a well-known expert in laser and nonlinear optics, greatly appreciated: "The successful development of graphene femtosecond fiber laser reflects the company's excellent innovative spirit."
