In order to implement the new requirements of comprehensively and strictly governing the party under the new situation and further improve the ability and quality of party and mass workers, from June 3rd to 4th, the Hongkou District Technology Enterprise Party Member Service Center and the District Technology Trade Union jointly held the 2015 Annual training for the construction of grass-roots organizations in the science and technology system. A total of 32 people, secretary of the Party branch and chairman of the labor union of science and technology enterprises in the region, participated in the training.

The opening ceremony of the training class was presided over by Wang Chengdong, Secretary of the District Science and Technology Disciplinary Work Committee and Vice Chairman of the Science and Technology Association, Jiang Haishao, Secretary of the District Science and Technology Party Working Committee, and Ding Rong, Chairman and Party Branch Secretary of Shanghai Juna Technology, participated in the training class. Jiang Haishao pointed out that Shanghai recently announced 22 opinions on accelerating the construction of a scientific and technological innovation center, which clarified the general direction of Shanghai's scientific and technological innovation for a period of time in the future. The party-mass work of science and technology enterprises must have its own position, exert strong organizational capabilities, and make every effort to ensure the smooth realization of enterprise goals.

This training is close to the actual work of science and technology enterprises, and has strong operability, pertinence and effectiveness. The leaders of the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee, the Organization Department of the District Party Committee, and the District Federation of Trade Unions respectively made counseling reports for the trainees such as "Thinking about Party Building Work in Shanghai's "Two New" Organizations", "Practical Training on Party Affairs Work" and "Practical Training on Trade Unions". The students also exchanged and discussed issues such as "difficulties and problems in carrying out the work of party branches (trade unions)" and "how to give full play to the role of party-mass organizations and party members in promoting technological innovation in enterprises".

This training has played a role in promoting the party-mass work of science and technology enterprises in Hongkou District, consolidating the organizational foundation, integrating regional resources, realizing joint construction, and boosting the "soft work" of the party-mass organization to promote the "hard results" of production and operation. It has provided new impetus for the construction of the region's scientific and technological innovation system.
