On August 21st, with the strong support and guidance of the National Nanoscience Center and the National Nanotechnology Standardization Technical Committee, the National Low-Dimensional Working Group was formally established in Taizhou, Jiangsu Province, numbered SAC/TC279/WG9, Changjiang Scholar of Nanjing University, National Outstanding Professor Wang Xinran, winner of the Youth Fund, is the team leader. The secretariat is located in the Taizhou Graphene Research and Testing Platform. The working group will be fully responsible for organizing and coordinating the national standardization work in the field of low-dimensional nanotechnology. Dr. Liang Zheng further mentioned to Chairman Koltsov that the low-dimensional nanomaterials and related nanotechnology fields represented by graphene have gradually entered the industrialization stage from the laboratory research stage in China, and have extensive and urgent standardization needs. On the basis of the previous international and domestic nanotechnology standardization work, fully consider the special structure and properties of low-dimensional nanomaterials such as graphene, and research and develop accurate, effective and stable standard methods. Chairman Koltsov said that the International Nanostandardization Committee will actively explore the cooperation mechanism with China's national standards, alliance standards and other standardization work organizations at all levels, and promote the formulation of standards at all levels in the field of low-dimensional nanotechnology in China. The standardization of measurement methods, the development of reference materials and the development of measurement technology are important means to ensure the consistency, accuracy and reliability of various technical indicators in the process of nanoscience research and industrialization.
