On November 9th, the 3rd National Nanotechnology Standardization Technical Committee (hereinafter referred to as "Nano Standardization Committee") inaugural meeting and 2017 annual meeting was held in Shenzhen. The conference was hosted by the National Center for Nanoscience and organized by Shenzhen Defang Nanotechnology Co., Ltd. Ding Rong, Chairman of Juna Group, and Dr. Liang Zheng, Executive Director of Taizhou Graphene Research and Testing Platform, attended the meeting as members.

Tian Zhaoying, deputy director of the second industrial department of the National Standardization Administration Committee, fully affirmed the standardization work of the second nano-standard committee, and put forward four hopes for the new nano-standard committee: First, we must accurately grasp the situation faced by the standardization of nanotechnology. Focusing on the needs of key tasks, optimize and improve the nanotechnology standard system; secondly, we must actively promote the internationalization of nanotechnology standards, maintain an international perspective, and focus on participating in relevant international standardization activities; thirdly, we must pay attention to the efficiency and quality of standards, and strengthen the comprehensiveness of standards Quality management, the development of nano-high-tech combining scientific research and standards; Fourth, focus on self-construction, and constantly standardize and improve the work level of the technical committee.
Nanomaterials Sub-Technical Committee, Shanghai Nanotechnology Standardization Working Group, Micro-Nano Processing Technology Standardization Working Group, Nano-Intrusion and Subscription Technology Standardization Working Group, Nano-detection Technology Standardization Working Group, Nanotechnology Health and Safety Working Group Reported the work progress of the sub-committee and each working group in 2017 and the work plan for 2018 with the leaders of the environmental working group, the nano-energy storage technology standardization working group and the low-dimensional nanostructure standardization working group respectively.
Liu Minghua, director of the National Nanoscience Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and chairman of the third nano-standardization committee, put forward several expectations for the work of the new standardization committee. One is to strengthen the top-level design. According to the development trend of nanotechnology, there should be Strategies and planning to move forward side by side with the world and industry development; second, under the top-level design of standards, the combination of scientific research and standards to drive standardization innovation; third, to maintain good communication among members, and consider nanotechnology from the perspective of the country and the world The development of technical standards and efforts to promote the international standardization of nanotechnology.

       Finally, the committee members and representatives conducted a detailed review of the draft of the national standard "Nano-manufacturing-Key Control Characteristics Carbon Nanotube Materials-Film Resistors". The convening of this conference has provided a good platform for the cooperation between scientific research units and enterprises, laid the foundation for the development of nanotechnology standardization, and will play a positive role in promoting the development of nanotechnology standardization in my country.
