Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Department of Raw Materials, Beijing Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology, Zhongguancun Management Committee, Beijing Fangshan District, Sinopec Group Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Co., Ltd., China Aviation Development Beijing Aviation Materials Research Institute, Beijing Petrochemical New Materials Technology Industrial Base and other leaders, and More than 700 key graphene application companies and related experts from Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang, Shandong, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangdong, Jiangxi, Sichuan, Chongqing and other provinces and cities attended the meeting. The vice president of operations of Taizhou Juna New Energy Co., Ltd. attended the meeting as a representative of the co-construction unit.

2010 Nobel Laureate in Physics, Academician of the Royal Academy of Sciences, Chief Technical Expert of the National Graphene Institute, Professor Konstantin Novoselov of the University of Manchester, and Liu Yunqi, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Researcher of the Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, etc. Experts made the latest academic reports at the summit. At the summit, the Beijing Graphene Industry Innovation Center Expert Committee was established in the new material base. Academician Gan Yong, director of the National New Materials Industry Development Expert Advisory Committee and former vice president of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, serves as the director of the expert committee, Liu Zhongfan, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and professor of Peking University, serves as the deputy director, and Luo Qiang, chairman of Sinopec Group Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Co., Ltd., China Twelve well-known experts, including Liu Yunqi, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and researcher of the Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Cheng Huiming, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and a researcher of the Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, serve as committee members.
