Information

Recently, the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) officially notified in a letter that members of the National Nanotechnology Standardization Technical Committee Low-Dimensional Nanostructure and Performance Working Group Ding Rong (Taizhou Juna New Energy Co., Ltd.), Ni Zhenhua (Southeast University), Liang Zheng (Taizhou Graphite) Graphene Research and Detection Platform Co., Ltd.), Wang Haomin (Shanghai Institute of Microsystems and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, hereinafter referred to as the Institute of Microsystems) became IEC/TC113/WG8 Graphene Related Materials and Carbon Nanotube Materials Working Group, IEC/TC113/ Registered expert of WG11 Nano Energy Storage Working Group.

The international standard project "NANOMANUFACTURING - KEY CONTROL CHARACTERISTICS: Graphene Film - carrier mobility and sheet resistance: Hall measurement" led by Taizhou Juna New Energy Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Institute of Microsystems, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the Taizhou Graphene Research and Testing Platform Co., Ltd. The international standard project "NANOMANUFACTURING - KEY CONTROL CHARACTERISTICS: Graphene Film - layer number distribution: optical contrast method" led by the company and Southeast University has carried out a lot of research and experimental work in the early stage, and has a good working foundation. In order to promote the establishment of the above standard project , Actively participated in the IEC/TC 113 working group meeting and reported on the work of the above standards. The low-dimensional nanostructure and performance working group of the National Nanotechnology Standardization Technical Committee recommended to the National Standardization Management Committee Ding Rong (Taizhou Juna New Energy Co., Ltd. Company), Ni Zhenhua (Southeast University), Liang Zheng (Taizhou Graphene Research and Testing Platform Co., Ltd.), Wang Haomin (Microsystem Institute) became IEC/TC113/WG8 Graphene Related Materials and Carbon Nanotube Materials Working Group, IEC/TC113 /WG11 Nano Energy Storage Working Group Registered Expert.

Established in 1906, the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) is the world's earliest non-governmental international electrotechnical standardization organization and a Class A advisory organization of the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC). In 2006, the IEC/TC113 Nanotechnology Committee was formally established, which is mainly responsible for the standardization of electronic and electrical products and system-related technologies in the field of nanotechnology.

The National Nanotechnology Standardization Technical Committee Low-Dimensional Nanostructure and Performance Working Group (SAC/TC279/WG9) was formally established with the approval of the National Standardization Administration and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, responsible for organizing and coordinating the national standardization work in the field of low-dimensional nanotechnology. The low-dimensional nano working group currently has 55 members and 7 observers, composed of scientific research and management experts from domestic mainstream graphene research institutes, universities, preparation companies, application companies, third-party testing institutions and trade units.
