Recently, the results of the 2018 China Business Federation Science and Technology Award were announced. This project innovatively develops a multi-functional wide-density plasma system that combines capacitively coupled discharge and inductively coupled discharge, thus integrating the advantages of inductive coupling and capacitively coupled glow discharge, which can achieve stability in a wide density process range plasma discharge, and can work simultaneously with magnetron sputtering to form plasma-assisted magnetron sputtering deposition. The project team applied this multifunctional wide-density plasma system to the preparation of amorphous silicon and silicon nitride thin films to achieve excellent solar cell performance; and applied it to the surface modification of new materials, greatly improving a variety of new technologies.
