From March 24th to 25th, the first national graphene standardization work conference this year, led by the Taizhou Graphene Research and Testing Platform, was held in the Jiangsu Provincial Conference Center. More than 100 people including leaders from higher-level units, members of the Standardization Committee of China Graphene Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance, observers, industry experts and scholars, and industry representatives attended the meeting. The conference was presided over by Dr. Liang Zheng, Secretary General of the Alliance Standardization Committee and Executive Director of the Taizhou Graphene Research and Testing Platform.
At the meeting, the Secretariat of the Bidding Committee made a work summary for 2014 and a report on the work plan for graphene standardization in 2015, commended the advanced individuals in national graphene standardization in 2014, and promoted the Shanxi Coal Chemical Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Southeast University, Taizhou Juna New Energy Co., Ltd. led the formulation of the Graphene Alliance standard; established two national standards, "Terminology and Definition of Graphene Materials" and "Determination of Graphene Layers by Optical Method" with Taizhou Juna New Energy Co., Ltd. as the team leader. The formulation working group held the launching ceremony for the formulation of the first national standards for graphene, and discussed and solicited opinions on the draft national standards of "Terminology and Definition of Graphene Materials" and "Determination of the Number of Graphene Layers by Optical Method".
It is understood that there are currently 4 national standard-setting projects in the graphene industry, all of which are drafted by the members of the Alliance Standardization Committee. Chairman Ding Rong of Taizhou Juna New Energy Co., Ltd., the leader of the national standard formulation working group, said: The support of the standard system is very important to the healthy development of the graphene industry. It is hoped that more relevant units will participate in the formulation of national and industry standards. Jolywood will jointly formulate national standards with certain technological foresight, scalability and strong industry promotion and implementation, and jointly promote the development of the graphene industry.
This meeting was successfully held, which has built a platform for close cooperation, harmony and win-win among all units, created conditions, and is conducive to guiding the healthy development of the graphene industry.
