        According to WG03CGS/WT007-2014 "Determination of potassium, sodium and manganese content in graphene by atomic absorption spectrophotometer", WG03CGS/WT008-2014 "Determination of manganese content in graphene oxide by potassium periodate spectrophotometer", WG03CGS/ WT005-2015 "Analysis of Nonmetallic Elements in Graphene", WG03CGS/WT009-2015 "Method for Determining Light Saturable Absorption of Graphene by Dual Photodetector Test System", the secretariat is scheduled for December 26, 2015. On the 27th, a seminar on the preparation of the above four graphene standards will be held in Shanghai. All are welcome to attend. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

Shanghai Bosi Hotel is located at No. 369, Zhongshan North 1st Road, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
Shanghai Railway Station: 5 kilometers away from the hotel, about 25 yuan by taxi to the hotel. Subway: Chifeng Road Station of Shanghai Metro Line 3 is about 700 meters away from the hotel, and it takes about 9 minutes to walk.
4. Conference fees and related matters
1. Conference fees (including conference fees, materials fees, meals, etc.): members of the Alliance Bidding Committee, observers, working group members (1,000 yuan/person), and other participants (1,200 yuan/person).
2. The conference team can help book rooms, and the accommodation fee is at your own expense. The deluxe double/twin room is 350 yuan/day (including two breakfasts).
3. It is suggested that the conference fee should be remitted to the bank account designated by the Secretariat before December 23 (see the attached conference receipt) so that the invoice can be collected at the conference site.
