The recent work of the working group includes: organizing the formulation of a series of national standards for low-dimensional nanostructures, including general terminology for low-dimensional nanostructures, optical methods to determine the layer number distribution of low-dimensional nanostructures, transmission electron microscopy to determine the number of layers of low-dimensional nanostructures, Atomic force microscopy (AFM) method to determine the number of layers of low-dimensional nanostructures, testing methods for electrical properties of low-dimensional nanostructures, etc. Low-dimensional nanomaterials include zero-, one-, and two-dimensional materials. Zero-dimensional: all three dimensions are in nanometer size, such as clusters, quantum dots, nanoparticles, etc.; one-dimensional: two dimensions are in nanometer size, such as nanowires, nanorods, nanofibers, nanotubes, etc.; two-dimensional: one The dimension is in the nanometer size, such as ultrathin film, superlattice, graphene, molybdenum disulfide, hexagonal boron nitride, WS2, black phosphorus BP, WTe2, ReS2, ReSe2, InSe, etc.
