China Jiangsu Net, May 3, 2013 In order to speed up the construction of the multi-level capital market in the pharmaceutical high-tech zone, recently, the pharmaceutical high-tech zone signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Soochow Securities Company.
According to the agreement, Soochow Securities will provide high-efficiency and high-quality services such as policy, project consultation, mergers and acquisitions, equity financing, debt financing, capital preservation and appreciation for the pharmaceutical high-tech zone and enterprises in the zone. The pharmaceutical high-tech zone will support the development of various businesses of Soochow Securities, and actively promote the pilot of the "New Third Board" and the construction of the regional private equity trading market.
Liu Hui, vice president of Soochow Securities, said that China Medical City has gathered a number of well-known domestic and foreign pharmaceutical research and development institutions, such as the American Hamner Research Institute, Texas Medical Center, and China Pharmaceutical University, as well as a number of pharmaceutical production and service-oriented enterprises. It has settled down successively, and a large number of "world-class, domestic-leading" pharmaceutical innovation achievements have been successfully applied for. It is an opportunity for Soochow Securities to establish a strategic partnership with such an advanced high-tech zone. On the same day, four companies in the high-tech zone including Juna New Energy Co., Ltd. also signed strategic cooperation agreements with Soochow Securities. The chairman of Juna Group attended the ceremony and signed the contract.
