On the morning of December 8, 2013, the China Graphene Standardization Forum (hereinafter referred to as the Forum) was successfully held in Taizhou. This forum is hosted by China Graphene Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance (hereinafter referred to as the Alliance) and Taizhou Municipal People's Government, organized by Taizhou Graphene Research and Testing Platform, Taizhou High-tech Entrepreneurship Service Center, Taizhou Juna New Energy Co., Ltd., Chinese Academy of Sciences Co-organized by Institute of Metals, Shanghai Institute of Microsystems, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Ningbo Institute of Materials, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Southeast University, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Inner Mongolia Graphene Materials Research Institute, Taizhou Quality Supervision Bureau and other units. More than 150 VIPs and graphene industry related personnel from universities, research institutes, investment and financing institutions and enterprises from all over the country attended the event.
At this forum, the China Graphene Standardization Committee was formally established, with a total of 52 members, including 2 Changjiang Scholars, 8 winners of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, 6 winners of the National Outstanding Youth Fund, and the National "Thousand Talents Program for Young People". "10 people, 5 people in the New Century Excellent Talents Support Program, basically covering the main domestic experts, scholars and entrepreneurs engaged in graphene-related work. Dr. Li Yichun, Secretary General of the Alliance, said at the forum: The Alliance decided to set up the Secretariat of the China Graphene Standardization Committee and attached it to the Taizhou Graphene Research and Testing Platform. The Taizhou Graphene Research and Testing Platform will be responsible for the daily work of the Standardization Committee and ensure the Standardization Committee. work normally. At the same time, the alliance decided to rely on the Taizhou graphene research and testing platform to establish a public service platform for graphene research and testing in China, as a national graphene research and testing public service platform to provide professional graphene performance testing for more relevant units inside and outside the alliance And structural characterization services, effectively promote the standardized, large-scale and sustainable development of China's graphene industry.
At the forum, the conference of the new graphene application product of Taizhou Juna New Energy Co., Ltd. - the world's first commercial graphene femtosecond fiber laser was held at the same time. This product solves the key technical problems of large-scale low-cost transfer of graphene and the interaction between graphene and optical field strength, and has created two world records of maximum peak power and minimum pulse width, with high cost performance and strong market competition ability.
On the afternoon of the 8th, the first meeting of the China Graphene Standardization Committee was held. The meeting discussed the terms and definitions of graphene materials as well as the graphene standard system model and work roadmap. Its official standard document is expected to be released in the near future, which will be conducive to the healthy and orderly development of my country's graphene industry, and at the same time, it will help my country seize the international market. The right to speak in the formulation of graphene standards has very important strategic significance.
The Taizhou Graphene Research and Testing Platform was jointly established in August 2011 by the Taizhou Municipal People's Government and Taizhou Juna New Energy Co., Ltd. (one of the earliest companies engaged in the preparation and application development of graphene materials in China). Mi's testing clean room is equipped with internationally advanced new material performance testing and structure characterization equipment such as high-resolution Raman spectrometer, atomic force microscope, three-dimensional confocal microscope, electron beam exposure system, near-field optical microscope, etc. It is one of the professional institutions that provide comprehensive graphene detection and characterization services, such as universities, scientific research institutes, new material production and application enterprises, and is also one of the earliest units involved in graphene standardization work in China.
