General Ledger Accounting Recruitment Requirements
1. Responsible for establishing and improving the company's accounting system, improving the accounting system, and improving the accounting control system in accordance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and management needs, and correctly setting accounting subjects and accounting books to meet the needs of audit, taxation, and internal management. continuous improvement of operation;
2. Responsible for the company's overall accounting processing review, reviewing various accounts, the total score, accounts, and accounts are consistent, and preparing various statutory financial statements and related party transaction statements required by the group's consolidated statements;
3. Correctly analyze the reasons for changes in assets, liabilities, profit and loss, cash flow, and report fluctuations in each month;
4. Prepare and review financial budgets, implement budget management procedures, pay close attention to the differences between budgets and accounting treatment, and provide detailed analysis of budget cost achievement and cost rationality;
5. Responsible for reviewing labor, costs and expenses according to budget and cost control system, handling labor and expense accounts in a timely and accurate manner, especially handling prepaid accruals;
6. Responsible for the company's cash journals, bank journals and other related financial registrations, ensure daily clearing and monthly settlement and send reports in a timely manner;
7. Responsible for the company's online banking fund payment review, regular checking of bank accounts for consistency, and preparation of balance adjustment tables;
8. Responsible for various current accounts: account processing, management and clearing of receivables, payables, other receivables and other payables, and for those who do not settle settlements on time, they should find out the reasons, clarify the responsibilities, and prevent the occurrence of bad debts and bad debts;
9. Familiar with industrial and commercial, taxation and other processes and the operation methods of necessary work;
