Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the development and maintenance of new customers in the sales area, tap potential business opportunities, carry out project tracking, control, research and business negotiations, etc.;
2. Collect, organize and analyze the performance, price, promotion methods, etc. of competitive brand products;
3. Analysis of competitive brand sales strategies and means of competition;
4. Make sales forecasts and propose future market analysis, development direction and planning;
5. Formulate product planning strategies;
6. formulate product prices;
7. New product launch plan;
8. Formulate a pathway plan and implementation goals for each stage;
9. Planning and organization of promotional activities;
10. Reasonable selection and management of advertising media and advertising agencies;
11. Develop and implement marketing campaigns and public relations activities;
12. Implement brand planning and brand image building;
13. Responsible for the coordination of production and sales;
14. Complete the promotion and publicity of all the company's products;
15. Develop an annual marketing target plan;
16. Establish and improve marketing information collection, processing, communication and confidentiality systems;
17. A survey of customer purchasing psychology and behavior;
18. Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders;
 
Salary: 3000~5000 yuan/month
