On September 29, 2015, Hongkou District held a party building work promotion meeting for grass-roots party organizations in the science and technology system. Bian Xuemin, Secretary of the Hongkou Science and Technology Party Working Committee, Wang Chengdong, Secretary of the Hongkou District Science and Technology Disciplinary Work Committee and Vice Chairman of the Science and Technology Association, Secretary of the Party Branch of Shanghai Juna Technology Co., Ltd., and secretaries of more than 30 grass-roots party organizations in Hongkou District attended the meeting.

Secretary Wang Chengdong summarized the party building work of the "two new" organizations in the first half of 2015, and deployed the key points of the "two new" organizational party building work in the second half of the year.
