The establishment of unified naming methods, testing methods, technical specifications, performance evaluation and other standards has a strong supporting role in the development of related industries and technologies in this field. In order to implement the relevant requirements of the "Guiding Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Carrying out Quality Improvement Actions" (Zhongfa [2017] No. 24), the low-dimensional nanostructure and performance working group of the National Nanotechnology Standardization Technical Committee decided to carry out "low-dimensional nano products ( Industry) comprehensive standardization base", vigorously promote the standardization process in the field of low-dimensional nanotechnology in my country.

It is reported that each unit will voluntarily submit an application to create a "comprehensive standardization base for low-dimensional nano-products (industry)".
