Information

Recently, the website of the National Standards Committee released the National Standard Announcement No. 7 in 2021, among which the national standard GB/T 40071-2021 "Layer Measurement Optics of Nanotechnology Graphene Related Two-dimensional Materials" led by Taizhou Juna New Energy Co., Ltd. The Contrast Law was officially released, and the standard will be officially implemented on December 1, 2021.

Graphene-related two-dimensional materials (carbon-based two-dimensional materials with no more than 10 layers, including graphene, double-layer graphene, few-layer graphene, graphene oxide, etc.) have excellent electrical, optical, mechanical, thermal, etc. performance has aroused widespread interest in both academia and industry. The number of layers of graphene-related 2D materials is a key parameter affecting their performance. Accurately measuring the number of layers is a central issue in the research, development, and application of graphene-related 2D materials. As a fast, non-destructive and highly sensitive measurement method, optical contrast method has been widely used to measure the number of layers of graphene-related two-dimensional materials such as graphene, bilayer graphene, and few-layer graphene. In the process of measuring the number of layers by the optical contrast method, the measurement results will be affected by various test conditions such as the thickness of the silicon dioxide (SiO2) layer on the surface of the silicon (Si) substrate, the numerical aperture of the microscope objective, and the data processing method. influences. This standard specifies the steps, instrument parameter requirements, data analysis, measurement of the number of layers of graphene-related two-dimensional materials such as graphene, double-layer graphene, and few-layer graphene by optical contrast method (including reflection spectroscopy and optical picture method). Layer number determination criteria to improve the reliability and consistency of layer number measurement results.

This standard is one of the first national standard plan projects in the field of graphene in my country. It is an important measurement method standard for the number of layers of graphene-related two-dimensional materials. The standard is tested by Taizhou Juna New Energy Co., Ltd., Southeast University, and Taizhou Graphene Research. Platform Co., Ltd. and other units lead the drafting. The formulation and release of this standard will provide a fast, non-destructive and high-sensitivity measurement method for the production, application, inspection, circulation, scientific research and other fields of graphene-related two-dimensional materials, marking that the standardization of nanomaterials in our city has been completed. Went to the forefront of the country and the world. The implementation of the standard will play a positive role in regulating my country's nanomaterials market, supporting the application of high-tech products, and promoting the healthy and rapid development of my country's nanomaterials industry.

Technological innovation is changing with each passing day. Only by becoming a setter of advanced standards can we enhance the core competitiveness of the industry in the fierce global competition and seize the commanding heights of the development of strategic emerging industries.Founded in 2010, Taizhou Juna New Energy Co., Ltd. is one of the earliest companies engaged in graphene research, testing, application and standardization in China. Up to now, the company has been approved for 2 international standards, 4 national standard projects (2 released), 2 Jiangsu local standards, and 7 alliance standard projects (3 released); the first batch of graphene to be released in the country 19 enterprise standards in the field of detection technology. In 2013, the first National Graphene Standardization Forum was organized. Since 2014, he has led the drafting of two of the first four graphene national standard plan projects in my country. In May 2014, it officially undertook the standardization pilot work of strategic emerging industries in Jiangsu Province and passed the acceptance in 2016. In 2014, it was recognized as the National Torch Program Platform by the Ministry of Science and Technology. In December 2016, with the approval of the National Standards Committee and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, it assumed the secretariat of the National Nanotechnology Standardization Technical Committee Low-Dimensional Nanostructure and Properties Working Group (No. SAC/TC279/WG9), responsible for coordinating and organizing the national low-dimensional nanomaterials standardization work. In 2017, it was rated as an advanced collective of standardization in Taizhou. At the end of 2018, the company led the drafting of China's first graphene national standard GB/T 30544.13-2018: "Nanotechnology Terminology Part 13: Graphene and Related Two-dimensional Materials" was officially released, and won the first Taizhou City Standard Innovation Award in the same year. In 2019, it was rated as an AAAA-level standardized good behavior enterprise. In 2020, it was rated as a demonstration enterprise of patent standard integration innovation in Taizhou City. In the same year, it was approved to assume the secretariat of the Micro-bubble Technology Application Working Group (No. SAC/TC584/WG3) of the National Micro-bubble Technology Standardization Technical Committee. Since 2013, a number of national standardization activities have been held (the first China Graphene Standardization Forum was held in Taizhou in 2013, two national graphene standardization work seminars were held in Nanjing and Shanghai in 2015, Nanjing in 2018, and Xi'an in 2019. , held a seminar on low-dimensional nanomaterials application and standards in Wuxi in 2020, etc.), created a well-known LDMAS international conference brand in the industry, and formed a huge influence in the country and even internationally.
