(Summary description)This standard is mainly drafted by Taizhou Juna New Energy Co., Ltd., Southeast University and other units. Founded in 2010, Taizhou Juna New Energy Co., Ltd. is one of the earliest companies engaged in graphene research, testing, application and standardization in China. In 2013, the first National Graphene Standardization Forum was organized. Since 2014, he has led the drafting of two of the first four graphene national standard plan projects in my country. In May 2014, it officially undertook the standardization pilot work of strategic emerging industries in Jiangsu Province and passed the acceptance in 2016. In 2014, it was recognized as the National Torch Program Platform by the Ministry of Science and Technology. Information

In the "2018 National Standard Announcement No. 17 of the People's Republic of China" released on the last working day of 2018, my country's first graphene national standard GB/T 30544.13-2018 was drafted by Taizhou Juna New Energy Co., Ltd.: " Nanotechnology Terminology Part 13: Graphene and Related 2D Materials was officially released. Taizhou Juna New Energy Co., Ltd. and its technical expert Dr. Liang Zheng are the first drafting unit and the first drafter of the standard, respectively.

Graphene is a single layer of carbon atoms composed of a carbon atom combined with three neighboring carbon atoms to form a honeycomb structure. Because graphene has many excellent properties (such as electrical and thermal conductivity, etc.), the application prospect is very broad, and it has aroused great interest in both academic and business. In recent years, breakthroughs have been made in the preparation, detection, research and application of graphene, and various new technologies and new products have emerged one after another.

my country's graphene standardization work has received strong support from relevant state departments. "Nanotechnology Terminology Part 13: Graphene and Related Two-Dimensional Materials" is one of the first national standard plan projects in the field of graphene in my country, and it is also the first officially released national standard for graphene. The formulation and release of this standard will provide a basic basis for unified technical terminology in the fields of graphene production, application, inspection, circulation, and scientific research.

For the first time, this national standard clearly answers the core hot issues that are commonly concerned by upstream and downstream related industries of graphene: what is graphene? What is a graphene layer? How many layers can graphene have at most? Is bilayer/trilayer/few-layer graphene graphene? How many layers can graphene oxide have at most? How many layers can reduced graphene oxide have at most? What are 2D materials? Its content not only fully considers the opinions and suggestions from all walks of life in China, but is also consistent with international standards.

This standard is mainly drafted by Taizhou Juna New Energy Co., Ltd., Southeast University and other units. Founded in 2010, Taizhou Juna New Energy Co., Ltd. is one of the earliest companies engaged in graphene research, testing, application and standardization in China. In 2014, it was recognized as the National Torch Program Platform by the Ministry of Science and Technology. In December 2016, with the approval of the National Standards Committee and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, it assumed the secretariat of the National Nanotechnology Standardization Technical Committee Low-Dimensional Nanostructure and Properties Working Group (No. SAC/TC279/WG9), responsible for coordinating and organizing the national low-dimensional nanomaterials standardization work. At the end of 2016, he assumed the secretariat of the International Standards Working Committee of China International Graphene Resources Industry Alliance. In 2018, the first seminar on low-dimensional material applications and standards was successfully held.
