According to the National Standardization Administration Committee's Notice of the National Standardization Administration issued [2022] No. 17 on April 28, 2022, on the issuance of the first batch of recommended national standard plans in 2022 and the foreign language version plan of the relevant standards, issued by Taizhou Juna New Energy Co., Ltd. and Guoke Agriculture led the drafting of two national standards, "Agricultural Application of Microbubble Technology Part 1: Evaluation Method for the Growth Promotion of Hydroponic Lettuce" (Plan No.: 20110052-Z-491), "Microbubble Technology" Agricultural Application Part 2: Evaluation Method for Promoting Effect of Barley Seed Germination (Plan No.: 20220053-Z-491) After the previous expert review and publicity, the project was officially approved.
Fine bubbles are tiny bubbles with a diameter of less than 100 microns. Micro bubbles have many excellent properties, such as long residence time, self-pressurized dissolution, generation of free radicals, and enhanced mass transfer efficiency. Micro bubbles are widely used in my country, such as sewage treatment, soil treatment, waste gas treatment, environmental disinfection and sterilization, industrial cleaning, agricultural and sideline product cleaning, daily cleaning, health and beauty, agricultural and forestry planting, aquaculture, chemical manufacturing, medicine and other fields. These two national standards are mainly to characterize and evaluate the promotion of microbubble technology in the agricultural field. The formulation of the standards will effectively promote the application of microbubble technology in agriculture, and will help domestic enterprises to open international markets for their products and promote the promotion and exchange of scientific research results. .

In 2016, it was approved to assume the secretariat of the low-dimensional nanostructure and performance working group of the National Nanotechnology Standardization Technical Committee (numbered SAC/TC279/WG9), responsible for coordinating and organizing the national standardization of low-dimensional nanomaterials. In 2020, it was approved to assume the secretariat of the Microbubble Technology Application Working Group (No. SAC/TC584/WG3) of the National Microbubble Technology Standardization Technical Committee, responsible for coordinating and organizing the standardization work such as the formulation and revision of national standards for the application of microbubble technology.
